• How far in advance should I book my appointment?
I would recommend all clients scheduling their appointments at the beginning of the week if they want an appointment on a weekday. Walk-ins are permitted if time is available.
• What if I need to cancel my appointment?
48-hour notice of appointment change is requested. To cancel the appointment, just call me or send us an e-mail and wait for the confirmation of the cancellation.
• What types of coloring do you offer?
I offer all coloring experiences you might think of. Make an appointment for grey coverage, single and double coloring process, balayage, color correction, and so much more!
• What if I am late?
If you find yourself running late for an appointment, please let me know as it would affect any other clients scheduled that day. I will always do our best to accommodate you when it is possible.
• How long does a color job last?
Color should last 4-6 weeks, highlight lasts 6-12 weeks. To ensure maximum longevity, use color enhancing masks weekly - it truly makes a difference. Coloring always requires a little extra care to retain its vibrancy and shine.
• How long does it take to get a haircut?
It is impossible to unequivocally answer this question. It all depends on your wishes, the difficulty of cutting and coloring, the need for hair treatment. As a rule, a simple haircut takes 15-50 minutes, single coloring process takes around 80 minutes.
